I'm looking for no-contract monthly rate apartment in Bangkok.. This particular example doesn't mention any "contract" on the page so i'm guessing all things are ok?

What's the deal with these type of places? i just turn up.. pay 10000 in advanced and i get to stay for a month?

As it states the deposit is 10000, you would have to pay 20000 to stay a month which is quite a bit if your total  budget is about 24000 a month.

i've given up on my 5000baht dream..

 

i dont mind paying 10,000 for a nice place that has its own bed sheets and a maid cleaning
