BANGKOK:-- Ex-PM’s adviser outlines benefits of subsidy scheme to the supreme court

 

Former prime minister Yingluck Shinawatra’s legal team expects a court verdict in the criminal negligence case against her over the controversial rice-pledging scheme by the middle of next year, one of her lawyers said yesterday.

 

Noppadon Laothong, who is a part of Yingluck’s legal team, told The Nation yesterday that the trial had made good progress.

Wow.  Amazing they get away with saying this.  It's already been shown how many corrupt practices there were in this scheme.  Maybe this guy should also be charged for not knowing what was going on??? LOL

no its a trial of someone accused of negligence in high office.

 

Of course, that someone has so far not offered any comment on the actual charge and expects to simply be let off.

Bet he never even notices Yingluck never turned up to Chair all those meetings she missed after appointing herself Chair either.

But this "estimate" is the prediction from Yingluck's defense team. There delaying tactics might not work.
