KTC president and chief executive officer Rathian Srimongkol, centre, poses for a photo during a trip to India. His firm announces its business plan during the trip.

KTC has come up with a long-term plan to ride the growing digital trend.

E-commerce is here now in Thailand with LINE, Facebook and Instagram (to mention a few). More so with introduction of 4G Smartphone technology. KTC needs a short-term plan now not to miss the rush and taking business trips to foreign countries isn't the answer.

An explanation of who and what KTC is would help... basic journalism
