a person wants me to go to cambodia for a couple of weeks, sure i need a single of multiple entry visa

can someone confirm, (pretty sure i do), as i will be leaving the country, and my residency will be void on return

i might go for the METV as i am thinking of going back to the UK  next year for a visit

person in question says she has an American friend who goes in and out of Cambodia all the time

i tell her to ask him how he does it, not sure if he lives here, maybe tourists visa ?? thanks  KC 

It is called a reentry permit

What type of entry are you on now here in Thailand?

A METV can only be applied for in you home country. All you can get in Cambodia is a single entry tourist visa.
