Annual NonO (M) Ext and 90 Report - Urgent (sorry)

Featured Replies

Hey I'm very sorry to ask the forum's urgency on this. I'm so busy, it slipped my mind.

I'm renewing a non O based on marriage tomorrow in Bangkok tomorrow Dec 15.

The extension expires Jan 13.

It's not two weeks prior to 13/1 so I can't do a 90 day even if I wanted to.

Should I renew the extension prior to Jan 13? When I pick up the stamp, I'll do the 90 day. Is this acceptable?

I'm freaking out bc I recall needing to get the 90 day in the passport or they wouldn't give me the stamp??? Something like that...

The day I go back to Immigration should I get the 90 day before getting the extension stamp?

Does it matter bc it's best to do 90 day in BKK as late in day as possible?

Thank you anybody!

Doing the 90 day report is not tied to you doing an extension application.

You could do your report when you go back to get your extension stamp since it will be within the 15 before or 7 days after window.

Thank you Joe (!). Yes, I know they are not tied, I just recall some weird situation... Maybe it was the re.entry...

Anyway, thank you so much for your immediate response.
