webfact Posted December 15, 2016 Share Posted December 15, 2016 Court issues arrest warrant against Dhammakaya spokesman BANGKOK: -- The Criminal Court on Thursday issued a warrant for the arrest of the spokesman of Wat Dhammakaya Mr Ong-art Thamnitha wanted by the police on charge of incitement of rebellion in accordance with Section 116(2) of the Criminal Code. Officials of the Department of Special Investigation lodged a complaint with Crime Suppression Division police, accusing Mr Ong-art of inciting rebellion when he made an announcement of Wat Dhammakaya followers’ 9-point stance regarding the criminal case against the temple’s former abbot, Phra Dhammachayo.
