Is APOLETS the only available, dependable substitute for CLOPIDOGREL 75mg in Thailand?

Some Googling revealed people were paying about B700 for 30 Apolets back in 2014.  Is that still close to the current price?  How much is Clopidogrel usually?

There is also a n Indian  made version, Ceruvin. I do not know the price but likely to be less than either Apolets or Plavix. Manufacturer is Ranbaxy.
