Approx ingredients: - 4 table spoons baking soda - level teaspoon Xylitol - few dashes Himalayan salt - Organic EV coconut oil in sufficient quantity to make a paste to desired consistancy We just love it. Also a couple times a day I place a fingertip full of paste in my mouth, add a bit of water and gargle for a couple minutes. Caution about the abrasive nature of baking soda.
