Has anybody used the law firm that is banner advertising on this site?

My wife(Thai) and I(Aussie) are looking to get a will drawn up for the benefit of our son(Thai & Aussie passport holder, almost 2 years old).

We have a mortgaged property in BKK(in my wifes name) , which we want to leave to him should one or both of us kick the bucket.We all live in Aus at present.

Have done a search of the forum but Aussies are not really mentioned.

Any and all advice greatly appreciated,

It is wise you are looking to protecting your assets in Thailand for your son. Without a will, the task of claiming the right to your assets can be a nightmare. (Time consuming and costly)
