I just arrived from another country and got to my wife's family home. Which form should i bring to the immigration with me to report where i am staying? The owner of the house is very elderly and will not be able to go himself.  I need to know all the documentation i should bring with me to Immigration, I have a retirement visa for Thailand. 

It depends upon where you are at. Not all offices are going over the top with the reporting requirements.

I am in Chumphon. But I will only stay here 2 weeks before moving on to Bkk and then Pattaya.

Unless you will be doing something at an immigration office I would not worry about it.

Nobody is going to come by their house to charge them a fine for not reporting you. Things have not gotten that bad yet.
