PHUKET: -- A French woman living in Phuket was deported from the Kingdom of Thailand on Tuesday (Dec 27) after being found to have overstayed her tourist visa by 103 days.

PHUKET: -- A 55-year-old New Zealand man was found dead behind a hotel in Patong before dawn this morning (Dec 29), the victim of an apparent suicide after falling 20 floors from his hotel room, say police.

US senators call for review of $32 million aid to Manila

Military To Hand Over More Alleged Hackers

BANGKOK — Police said Wednesday more alleged hackers will be handed over by military while a 19-year-old, arrested earlier for allegedly attacking police site, will spend the New Year’s holidays in prison.

PHUKET: -- Officers from the island’s Tourist Police arrested four people for drug possession yesterday (Dec 28) after learning that the drugs had been delivered to a local transportation company. Police say that the total value of the drugs was close to one million baht.

NCPO changes statute of limitation application for fishery law
