call me a skeptic but will anyone be told there is wifi available and will the  networks be maintained? wifi networks like CCTV cameras need to be maintained. if there is   no income from the service then there will be little incentive to keep everything working. i prefer user pays and have applied it to almost all of my activities in thailand.

A map would help for those of us who are not familiar with the area.

Hope the WiFi work better than the CCTV seem to.
