ubonjoe
1. January 28th is the earliest you can apply for the extension since that is when the funds will be in the bank for 60 days. 2. There is no under consideration period for an extension of stay based upon retirement. You will get your extension stamp on the date you apply. You can apply for the re-entry permit as soon as the extension is done. 3. At Chaeng Wattana you of been doing 90 day reports to them before you can get a certificate of residence. Foozool
Thank you Joe, 3 more questions: 1- What forms/documents do I need to prepare for the day that I will apply for the extension ? 2- Is there any expiration date for Re-Entry permit ? 3- How long can I stay out of Thailand with a single Re-Entry permit ? Lite Beer
1. TM7 application form. 2. The Re Entry Permit expires at the same time as your permit to stay. 3. As long as you like until your permit to stay expires.
