Yes .. The DLT keep on piling new regulations on top - a certificate of road worthyness is now needed from the country of origin. Typical Thailand, it's got to be within a years validity.

 

crazy really - I guess it's a lot to do with the Chinese camper vans, obviously no more thought was given to what knock on effect the new regulations would have.
