Australian Male visiting Bangkok in February .I am size 38' or 97cm . Also, is it common or not unusual to send some clothes via post back home to Australia to save lugging them around.

There are only two places in the entire city of Bangkok that sells men's clothing. One sells souvenir T-shirts; the other does not. I'm not sure that either place sells to Australians of any size.
