January 13, 20179 yr Don't know about TSB, but if they still share the Lloyds/Halifax/RBS system then everything is NOT working. I've just checked and it still only loads the login page if I clear cookies and cache using CCleaner and go in via my VPN. For some reason just now even the VPN would not connect until I cleared cookies and cache after which it connected fine. Clearing cookies and cache made no difference on my normal ISP which still came up with page unavailable so whatever the comp geeks have been doing it has made things slightly worse.
