January 14, 20179 yr I was quite interested to receive a true pre-pay card accompanying my true move bill this month. The instructions were in Thai on one side and English on the other. I couldn't see the immediate benefit - but i thought about giving it a try, I might like to carry a pre-paid card for occasional or emergency use - I don't know. I loaded the app onto my phone and proceeded - only to find passport numbers are not accepted but Thai ID numbers are. So I cannot register the card under my name ? Then why bother printing the invitation letter in English? Can anyone confirm? I was really hoping it would be some easy pay cash alternative to quickly pay for Starbucks, 7-11, lotus and the like .. Prolly not, I would guess.
