Did a knicker nicker decorate this roadside tree?

AYUTTHAYA: -- Reporters were called to Ayutthaya yesterday after locals found more than 100 pairs of ladies kickers and bras adorning a roadside tree.

 

The unusual sight was on the Sena - Jao Jet Road and was seen by 41year old Ratree Mongkhonkhoon who contacted Thairath. Reporters found the undies on a "Krathum" tree.

 

Ratree said that she had seen a few pairs of undies on the tree some days ago but yesterday as she was passing after going to the market there were more than 100 of many different colors.

 

She was in no doubt that a knicker nicker was in the area.

 

"If you ask me they have been stolen by some nutter," she said. "He didn't know where to put them so he hung them on the tree". She asked the authorities to look into the matter and help clear up the eyesore.

 

Sena police told Thairath they had received no complaint of theft of underwear but now they are aware of the matter they will look into it.

One of a kind tree in the world that  is blooming with bloomers.....

Well looking at the lady in the photo the bras and knickers are not hers   (too small )

Saw exact same as this a couple of years back in Pathumthani.. Looks like he's moved on

In order to investigate crimes involving underwear, they'll need to assign undercover officers.

Fairly sure i've read about undies on fences and in trees to ward of ghosts hereabouts quite some time ago ... so could as well have been some Ghostbuster-trainee then ...

Collecting stamps and coins is becoming so blaise today. No thrill of the nick I guess.
