I hear you but lawyers defend murderers and get them off, Police turn a blind eye everywhere in the world on some level or another. I never been to pattaya I been through it but if I was there i'd rather be selling than buying. Man's gotta make bread and the pastries sell well in that town I hear. Culture and a particulate culture, completely different matter is what you mean. That's all well and good but the article was pretty good. The Russian queue jumping for example, it was a great excuse for rude behaviour but understandable although not excusable.
