The government is now joining hands with the private sector to relaunch a campaign to sell necessary consumer goods at low prices to the people under the "Blue Flag" theme.
 

Deputy Commerce Minister Sonthirat Sonthi-Jirawong announced the cooperation after he met with 10 representatives from the Thai Wholesaler and Retail Trade Association to coordinate the ‘Blue Flag’ campaign.

 

He said the campaign will involve the more than 19,000 retailers and wholesalers throughout the country to provide goods at low prices to the people.
