UK agrees to help NACC in their probe into Rolls-royce bribery scandal

BANGKOK: -- REPRESENTATIVES of the People’s Network against Corruption have submitted a petition to the government seeking a probe into alleged irregularities in the handling of 10 idle Airbus A340-500 and A340-600 jetliners owned by national flag carrier Thai Airways International (THAI).

Captain Jothin Pamon-montri, a former executive vice president of THAI, and other members of the anti-graft network, urged Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha to intervene, alleging lack of transparency in the purchase of these expensive jetliners back in 2002-03.

Good on them if they are sincere, but I really can't imagine any big names (unless polical opponents) will ever surface. Only the rich can steal lots of money. It's just business, right. But poor people, no. You can't do it.

Nothing will happen do your research, reports whatever TIT

Kind of a dead issue only 2 replies on this topic. Goes to the TIT chill out mentality that another poster mentioned to me. Carry on toiling.

Seems like this group has suddenly mobilized and filed a request to investigate something completely separate to the Rolls Royce issue. Unsurprisingly it is when TS was Prime Minister. Smoke and Mirrors.

When was Captain Jothin Pamon-montri  involved with THAI?

Ironically today (27 Jan 2017) there is a job advertisement from Thai Airlines International l in the Bangkok Post.

Thai airlines is looking for a Senior Executive Director for their airline cleaning services.

The job advertisement offer is in English.

If you wish to apply you must have your CV in before 5 February 2017 for their consideration.
