Peterw42 Posted January 27, 2017 Share Posted January 27, 2017 Its not uncommon for the tenant to pay the local taxes on commercial property, there is usually a clause in the lease. A mystery why they have taken ten years to send a bill. If its not in your lease, you should be able to hand it over to the owner. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
