Thai visa for chinese

Featured Replies

My girlfriend of 10 yrs is Chinese,

i have a house in Pattaya, we now want to stay in Thailand as long as possible together, I know the situation with my visa, Does anyone know the situation for my girlfriends visa, she is 37 years old and resides in China

She can get a 15 day visa on arrival.  The fee for it is normally 2000 baht but has been reduced to 1000 baht until February 28th.

She can apply for a single entry tourist visa In China and extend the 60 day entry for 30 days. She would have to return to China to apply for another one since that is the only place she can apply for it.

She can get a one year extension of stay based upon being the parent of a Thai at immigration. She would need 400k baht in a Thai bank or proof of 40k baht income.

At some embassies and consulates she could also get a multiple entry non-o visa. Since she is Chinese she would have to apply for the visa in China.
