A bit weird; if a well dressed farang is being checked and asked for an ID and he is not able to show it, he will be detained until a legal proof of ID has been produced.

Guess we'll have to write a PhD dissertation & complete an environmental impact study on taser vs. knife before we can use the taser.

 

Or we can just use common sense, go ahead & do it, and put a quick end to the problem.

Some good old fashioned peperspray in the face would have made him stop strolling round...
