multiple entry non-o visa

I have a multiple entry  non-o visa and have recently been to Arunyaphatet been going there for a few years now as it's the nearest boarder crossing to me (i live in pathum thani), only to be told by the immigration officer 

that the next time i come that they may not be able to let me re-enter thailand as i've been here to many times and should consider going some where else has anybody else experienced this.

You are not the only one that has been told that at Poi Pet.

Next time go to Ban Laem crossing to Cambodia or the Ban Phu Nam Ron crossing in Kanchanaburi to Myanmar.
