Feb 8th 2017 - Can Thai citizens cross the border by land (not air) into Cambodia with only an ID card. Duration of stay is 3 days no longer. I have read forums with mixed up messages. Some say can, others say can not. Not enough time to get passports organized for this trip.

 

NO. Unless the 3 day stay is entirely to be spent in a border casino... those are located between Thai and Cambodian imm checkpoints and can be gone to without a passport. But cannot enter Cambodia proper without a passport.
