NCC1701A
In Hua Hin I watched the storm come up the coast almost in real time on a weather satellite. There was almost 12 hours before the storm arrived from down south. It stalled over the Bann Krut area. Anybody in government with half a brain could have seen what was happening. And there lies the problem. And of course Thais and all human beings need to learn to take some responsibly for their decision to drive during a huge storm. RIP little girl. Heart breaking.
