Where to buy liquid Egg Whites in Thailand?

I'd just buy some eggs. The whites are almost always liquid, if raw.

Don't 7-11s sell it now?

They sell them in macro. They have them in 2l bottles.

Yes they still sold.  Are they health? Sure I drink them raw or sometimes I mix it with whey protein. 

How do guys store them after opening? A 2 liter jug should take quite a while to consume.

It keeps fine in the fridge or do you separate in smaller bottles for freezing?

for freezing put the whites into an ice cube holder then freeze. Once frozen put them into a zip-lock bag to be used as needed.

You can keep a bottle 1 month (as written on bottle) but certainly more.

 

These white eggs are pasteurized and cannot turn bad before a very long time.

 

Do many of you freeze them ?

 

Anyway it's easy to finish a bottle within 10 days if you do some bodybuilding.
