The Civil Court is due on Monday to consider a petition of Dusit police station to the court to put an end to the protest of opponents of the coal-fired power plant in Krabi in front of the Government House.

The petition was lodged with the Civil Court on Friday by Pol Lt-Col Supak Wongsawat, deputy superintendent of Dusit district police.

The court asked the two parties to show up on Monday morning to present their arguments before the court will issue its ruling on the police petition to end the protest by the protesters.
