True board names two presidents

TRUE CORP’S board yesterday appointed deputy chief executive officer Vichaow Rakphongphairoj, 59, and group chief operating officer Adhiruth Thothaveesansuk, 53, as co-presidents, as part of the company’s management restructuring.

 

The board also appointed former president and CEO Suphachai Chearavanont as chairman of the executive committee, according to its filing to the Stock Exchange of Thailand.

 

The appointments are effective on February 21. 

great news!  one for repeats and one for getting rid of decent channels

Sounds like board infighting underway....can't even agree on one head guy. Doesn't bode well for good company management.
