jamie2009 Posted February 20, 2017 Share Posted February 20, 2017 For some reason my Outlook Account on my IPad is constantly asking me to 'sign in' and verify my account, this happens on a daily basis, if I don't I can't send and receive emails ? i have deleted and reinstalled the Account but it is still asking me ? Is it a problem with an @outlook.com account, or is it a problem with an account using MS Outlook as your email client? If it is a problem with your email client (MS Outlook?), when it next asks for verification of account & password, there should be a checkbox that says remember me (or words to that effect). Check it once you have imputed your details and click OK. If it is an @outlook.com account, sorry, don't have one, but you possibly have the same option with the checkbox.
