Food trucks are clearly the future of Thailand street food just as in the rest of the world.

They start to appear everywhere in Bkk. These old style dirty street sellers just need to invest in a food truck instead of a useless pickup just made to show off.

Well, you have the right idea by having your outlet as a vehicle, which is far better than having a static pitch. There are a few companies in BKK that specialise in customising food trucks. Make sure you get your menu right and trial and error will determine the best stop off locations.

Best of luck, you're going to need it.

This kind of truck is everywhere now, and it's clearly the future of Thailand street food, as someone else said.

All street sellers own a pickup, so they will just have to buy a food truck instead, and it's even cheaper.

Streets will be cleaner and they won't let any zhit on the pavement when leaving.

I have seen steaks, pizza, Thai food, ice cream, and almost everything sold in them.

I'm in the process of doing a movable  restaurant and bar

It 2 shipping container's  plus a mobile toilet free standing deck and  movable gazebo

The issue  here is your budget  and he hardest thing is finding land in bkk to put it  on ??

If your budget is around  200 000 b it's a food truck ( second hand is  an option  )

Try bhat and sold  !!!

I have food trucks and a few mobile food  trailers on there

Good  luck☺

what are you selling in them ?

If this is for Thais, then surely they should have better ideas then us for knowing how to setup a mobile restaurant in Thailand. If not there are hundreds of Thai forums online where they could ask the same questions to other Thais, that would be more logical than asking a foreigner for advice on the matter.

You seem to know a lot hahahaahha+++

Thai having ideas ???? You made my day !

Spotted this one in Phitsanulok across the road from the large temple complex on your left on highway 12

immediatly after you cross over the river heading east. ( Wat Phra Sri Mahathat and Wat Nang Phaya )
