Regardless, did you ever consider what Trump's policies actually were? He  is forcing companies to use more expensive American workers. The result is that American produced goods will be more expensive for American consumers. Effectively, the rich will subsidise the poor, which is essentially welfare capitalism and not a million miles from Socialism. 

 IMOP Socialism is a stepping stone to communism.This Perez guy is a liberal Dem .Sander's and Ellison are boarder line socialist/ commie.They want to steal from the rich and give to the poor. Perez(Hillary Clinton choice),is not as far left as is the old man Robin Hood and the Muslim Robin Hood .Its a Dem band aid solution.

Thanks for reminding us how trump would have beat Sanders just as he beat Clinton for other reasons. Red baiting.

Anyway at this point the focus for the Democrats needs to be lower level than the presidency future races. Nobody knows what the political dynamics are going to be yet in 2020 or even if trump will still be president by then much less running for reelection.

Anyway it seems to me that the Democrats can pull off unity between traditional Democrats and the more activist resistance if for no other reason than the toxicity of trump is so clear to the majority of Americans.

Yes of course the Democrats need to have a positive message too as in what they are for as much as what they are against that resonates better to effect winning back power.

I don't think this thread is about Hillary Clinton.

trump "won" and completely controls the government.

Naturally, the democrats are now rebuilding to fight back.
