Hot to reactiviate new kk at ATM on kbank cyber banking and scb online ?

Hi!

A month ago , my kasikorn debit card espires i got a new one ,but the re activation process for kcyber online use , is not same before and need now app verification

Before it was activated in 2 min sending SMS to mobile

Now it says install kbank app on your phone I enter my secret pin and the phone number I connected with my account , but nothing happen on the app itself , after I enter my own phone number I always got notification when I pay something , it says your pin is incorrect

My own phone number I always use same since bankacount exists not recognized by , ATM, And the machine give the card back

Also on my 2. Bank account scb got new visa

Must activate online , I not find my online password anymore ,must try to recover , not sure I need it, and where I can activate it without online password ?
