Says a guy, who probably never set foot in Kansas. Somehow you seem to have a comprehension and analysis problem of those news articles. Most were opinions, by people that wanted to steal more tax payer money, and not rein in unnecessary spending.

Anyway, I'm not really interested in spending very much time, replying to poster that has little credibility. In another topic, you said I wasn't a consumer, just because I paid insurance and used it for medical procedures. Earlier, in this topic, you try to compare Kansas(82,000 Sq. Miles) to Rhode Island(1,200 Sq. Miles).

As I said, you need to brush up on your geography and news sources. Please don't waste any more of our time.
