Where I live we only can get sophon TV cable but it really sucks compared with true visions, is it possible to install a satellite dish and receive and would the landlord of my condo mind?

The landlord may not mind but the first people to ask would be the condo management as a dish on balcony etc may be against condo bylaws. The dish would need to be able to see high in the western sky.

If you plan on putting the dish on your balcony it would depend on which way it is facing.  The satellite is at an azimuth of 240 degrees and at an elevation of 60 degrees from Bangkok.  The other option is on the roof of the condo.
