Problem Nr 1 here, payment problems.
In theory, I agree with OP. In practice: Thai bank branches are plentiful - and quite useless. In my home country, my trust in the few remaining branches was a bit diminished when I had to teach the housewife sitting in front of a screen, masquerading as a banker, how to do her job. That was 10 years ago, things have gotten much worse since then. The last time I had a question, my branch called me. 20 years ago, it would have been the branch manager. 10 years ago, regular staff, but he knew more about banking than I. 5 years ago, a housewife. Last month, a very sweet young female voice that made me feel like a pederast. But maybe she was 15 already, certainly didn't sound older than that. -

Thanks. My marriage was registered with the Embassy and local Amphur and I'm happy for her to keep the Thai assets. Will speak to a solictor about ensuring she has income from my estate. -

America Is Already Great Innit Mates
Travelling USA from 1984 to 1995 I got a seriously reality check while experience everything else I thought USA was and about. Minnesota visiting family was my first trip, and not so much different from what I thought USA was about, but going east and south changed my perspective radically, and the state Washington I truly saw poverty, and the same in Florida, but different. China have already passed USA in so many ways, technology vise and will and power to execute essential projects faster and better than what we can do and perform in the west. -

Rejected Non O marriage visa application at CW because "haven't been married long enough".
I didn say that the OP is try making a fake marriage.When that said i think its more to this story then he want to tell. The whole story how long time he been together with his wife and so on dont make any sense to me. Just my opinion though.
