Wake on Lan. Sometimes it works, sometimes not.

Hi

 

I want to wake up my notebook on Lan from my Smartphone. Actually it works, but not every time. If it doesn't work, I wake up the notebook manually and put it back to sleep mode. Then, I'm able to wake up it from the smartphone again. Tested it with the Teamviewer android app and a Wake on Lan app.

 

So I wonder why it sometimes work and then suddenly not.

I red that I should do a static ARP . Not sure if my Huawei HG 531 router can do this.

 

Might it be this?
