ttechguy Posted March 7, 2017 Share Posted March 7, 2017 Hi guys, We (Thai company) is doing a project for Indonesian company, their accounting department sent the form DGT1 (CERTIFICATE OF DOMICILE OF NON RESIDENT FOR INDONESIA TAX WITHHOLDING) and asked me to get the Signature from local Thai tax office as there is exemption between Thai and Indonesia for this services so they can pay for the project if not they will withhold 20% Where I can get this signed? its in English so I afraid the officer will have no idea...
