Could be a big problem for my writings. I used often  other than goo.gl. Goo.gl links are still good after 5 years ( did not test much further) While tiny.cc 3-5 year old links and others return a friendly                 ..................SORRY MYSTERY LINK........................

Clearing Cache is of no help.. after so much time.

 

Any way of retrieving  the original sites?

That is interesting. It means that tiny.cc can dump links at it discretion without warning. With what methodology ?

Have not tried to retrieve my links, its some work.

That leaves goo.gl as my choice
