90 days calculation and copies

Featured Replies

my original 90 days expire date will fall on 4 April but i leave thai and return on 28/3. i do not need to report on 4/4 and 90 days reporting date become 25/6 and the earliest date i can report become 11 june?

Any change of document for 90 days reporting ? thanks

Yes, 25th June would be the next date.

Can be done up to 15 days before or 7 days after.

TM.47 is the correct document to use and has not changed as far as I know.

You could do your report on June 10th if you wanted to do it that early.

Your date calculations are correct.

The documents required will depend on the office you make the report at.

That is correct. You can do up to 15 days before or 7 days after the 12th of September including that day in the count.

Yes. The last day you can report without receiving a late report fine is Sept 18th.

If you can;t count to 90 without being distracted, count 13 weeks on the calendar from the arrival date and minus 1 day.

The main question was: from what date do we count (from the day of end permission to stay or from the day when extension was obtained)? Looks like from the day when extension was obtained.
