Continuation of Free Tourist Visas

Just curious to know who, if anyone, is still issuing the free Tourist Visas SINCE March 1.   If you've received one since March 1st, was it free, when did you actually submit the application, and did you get it at an Embassy, Consulate or Honorary Consulate?   This question is about Tourist Visas only;  NOT visa-exempt entries or visa-on-arrival or other types of non-tourist visas.

Those from India and others that get 15 day visas on arrival still get free tourists visas until August.

Last I came on visa on arrival took paid visa
