Back in the year 2,000, when George W was making a run for the Presidency, he appointed Dick Cheney (from W's dad's administration) to form a committee to find out who would make the absolute best candidate to run as Vice President on 'the ticket.' Mr. Cheney and his committee interviewed dozens of bright candidates and, after weeks of intense scrutiny, Cheney reported to George W. "George," he said, "We've come up with the best possible candidate."
