Unfortunately there are many good people in Thai prisons because of a poor justice system, police fabrications etc. Solitary confinement would do him good. Actually come to think of it, a bullet is only 20 baht.

Possibly due to translation error but he basically was not sorry for the assault. He was only sorry that the assault was excessive. 

 

He needs to serve prison time, sorry doesn't cut it, his attack was overkill. BIG TIME. I hope the security guard does not take compensation and this animal goes away for a long, long time.

It's in cases like this where I would hope that the company employing the security guard would have his back.

 

Regardless of what the judicial sentencing is, they should be pushing for full compensation for this guy, from all 3 of these thugs.

The court orders the defendant to accidentally fall down the stairs a few times and then be held with the Ladyboys until his sentencing date.
