Probably hasn't had the GPS tracker installed. That would have made the mini bus safer, we're told.

It wasn't working due to quality install

Just imagine, if they had snow and black ice here.it would certainly thin the population out a bit.

Bigger vans with state-of-the-art GPS systems will stop this from happening ever again. Once more, a cure has been found. Just like finding the cure for ebola.

Speed and bald tires

And Hydro Planning....All the proper things for losing control of a vehicle...

Even the camera was injured.....it is suffering from double vision ?

Blame it on the rain.

It certainly isn't the drivers fault.  It would have never happened if not for the rain.

Either get the drivers well trained, enforce the law with harsh penalties, have thorough inspections, or get these rolling coffins off the roads. This may pen rai attitude when it comes to risking lives is disgusting!

Guess who the main owners of these death traps are ? In Hua Hin they park up to collect passengers in a red and white no parking zone almost directly opposite the police station. No No No never this is not allowed yawn zzzzzzz.
