Rc2702
Seriously you got to get your gnashers round this blacklist burger if you not in the know already. The tastiest burger I had in LOS and sad as it sounds I tried a fair few burgers. Convenience is playing a part here I admit but it's a western delight of the highest order. That first bite; tremendous array of flavours burst in your mouth. so unlike the mayo laden burgers they normally knock out. 79 baht initially but today I see its a 59 baht steal. I tried a lot of food I normally would not dare in anywhere; Rat (awful), breast milk (pretty good) snake if I could catch one but the black list is the one for me. ukrules
I just googled it, seems to be some KFC burger which is in a black bun. Might give it a go next time I'm in the mall. I wonder what they put in it to make it go black.

champers
My local burger bar sells burgers in black, green and pink buns. I have seen red, purple and blue bread in a nearby supermarket. Must be a Thai preference.

In other countries KFC uses vegetable charcoal to make its buns black. I presume it's the same in Thailand.
