pbouvier
I am buying a used car for a friend. I wish to keep the blue book until my friend pays for the car in full. We (the seller, me, and my friend) shall go the DMV for me to buy the used car from the seller. I think I understand that part. I will then sell the car to my friend, a bill of sale recording the transaction. But here's my question: Is it possible for my friend to register the car in his name but I keep the blue book (which will list me as the owner)?
