We are thinking about buying a small home in the area that we can go to for holiday. Should I be worried about the crime rate or drugs? ? ? Do the Thai's in small villages accept farangs? ? ? Not anymore than Buriram, for crime , you will be accepted, most conveniences , good medical, govt. hospital good in Udon and it's 45 min away from NK and some high end grocery stores, Tops and Villa, great.
