90 Day Report

I will be on a trip out of Thailand on day 93 of my latest stay. Is there still a one week grace period for the required report or should I still do it before the 90 days pass?

The 7 day grace period is for doing the 90-day report, not for skipping it.  So you should do it prior to leaving.

There is no need to report.

 

The report becomes due on day 90, but they give you until day 96 to report or leave the country without penalty.
