Government still adheres to reconciliation method despite criticism from ex-pm Thaksin

Government Spokesman Yongyuth Mayalarp revealed that the government has a plan to declare its preceding accomplishments and operational objectives during the four months in office. Previously, the National Legislative Assembly (NLA) announced its achievements over the last three months.

Army Capt. Yongyuth said the government focuses on the initiations of all projects for next year and will inform people of the issues. However, the government has yet to specify the announcement date.

Army Capt. Yongyuth also spoke about the case former prime minister Pol. Lt. Col Thaksin Shinawatra had a war of words with Gen. Sonthi Boonyaratkalin, the CNS Chairman. He said the government still sticks with the reconciliation method in every social aspect.

The government also is opened to constructive criticisms, and accepts that every party in the society needs time to make reconciliation.
